The cancellation penalty from the time of ticket issuance until (12:00 noon), 7 days before the flight: 30%
The cancellation penalty from (12:00 noon), 7 days before the flight until (12:00 noon), 5 days before the flight: 50%

The cancellation penalty from (12:00 noon), 5 days before the flight until (12:00 noon), 3 days before the flight: 70%
The cancellation penalty from (12:00 noon), 3 days before the flight until 30 hours before the flight: 100%
The cancellation penalty from 30 hours before the flight onwards: 100% 

The duration of stay of Kazakh nationality without a visa is only allowed for 14 days, after which a fine is included. Passenger presence at the airport 3 hours prior to departure is required for international flights.
** Note: The gate closes one hour before the flight and the passenger is prevented from being accepted.

*    Passenger ticket, passport and visa control is the responsibility of the passenger.
*    Tickets are non-transferable and renaming is not allowed.

Noteworthy for  AirLINE passengers:   AirLINE liability is limited to the issued ticket route and is not responsible in this regard during flight delays and cancellations.

After issuing the ticket, it is non-refundable and no amount will be awarded.
***** In case of use or stay of the flight, the return flight is irrevocable.
One-way tickets are allowed for travelers residing in the destination country and travelers with approved tickets to other countries.
